Well we're back! And happy to be back with the open sign out front and hours posted on our sign and our front door open wide welcoming all who enter. Even though today was a rainy Thursday we still had a lot of people come through our doors. Some just curious to see what we were all about, and some loving the opportunity to browse all of our treasures at their leisure, and even some repeat customers. We are truly thankful for all of our customers. We want to encourage you to keep stopping in whenever you can because we are always getting in new items. Just today a lady brought in a computer chair and in 15 minutes it was being carried out the door by one of our repeat customers who couldn't find anything that caught her eye last week but tried again this week and bingo there was the new computer chair she needed to replace her old metal one at home. Today was Carol's third visit at Divine Redesign she brought some items for us to sell and took a quick look around to see if she "needed" to buy anything else.
We have such wonderful donors. One such donor brought us all the jewelry of his sister in law and said it was just costume jewelry do with it what you want. Some of the pieces looked like they might be more then just costume jewelry so we took them to have them appraised and sure enough they were 14Kt. gold pieces,
a black onyx 14Kt ring and best of all there was a sapphire and diamond 14Kt gold ring. What a blessing!
Friday we are expecting a church youth group to come over and help us tidy up the front of our building.
So if you're driving by in the late afternoon you will see all the fruits of their labor and some mighty nice looking landscaping. What a joy to have a teen group volunteer their time to help us.
